It can't be any simpler than this:  if we don't reform guardianship and conservatorship law and return it to its original purpose (of "guarding" incompetent people and "conserving" their assets), we may find ourselves future victims.

Reform won't happen over night, even though it's so desperately needed.  It takes determination and resolve -- and a commitment to stay the course until the job is done.

If you've been through guardianship or conservatorship abuse with a loved one (family or friend) and survived, join NASGA.

If you're a current victim, join NASGA

If you don't want to become a future victim, join NASGA and support NASGA's efforts for reform.
NASGA is getting even stronger!

NASGA joined forces with The Catherine Falk Organization to pass legislation nationally to stop the number one complaint NASGA hears from its membership and the many letters and correspondence they receive daily:  isolation!

Keep track of the NASGA~Falk legislative team's success on NASGA's "Legislative Action" page of the NASGA website!
